I think in your case it may just be the timing of starting your diet and taking the zoloft both around the same time. I lost weight on zoloft but now i am gaining weight and i feel so heavy and somehow my body feels disgusting. I'm tapering off of them now but i have read that the weight gain from the zoloft is incredibly hard to get rid of.
